You Want Cream With That?!? Featured

Written by

I’m not a Starbuck’s kind of guy. The only thing I am particular about when it comes to coffee is that I’m not particular about my coffee. I’d just as soon as have the $1.09 convenience store variety as the mocha-frappe-latte mess they’re somehow are able to charge $5 for. I’ve grown accustomed to non-decaf, scalding hot black coffee – no cream, no sugar, no ice – shaved or otherwise, no French vanilla NOTHING.

Parents have an amazing impact on their children. The littlest of things can create impressions of such magnitude that they will literally touch generations to come. I want to take a moment and examine a few subjects that are widely misunderstood in our dreadfully sinful society today dealing in the matters of sin and judgment.

Is it any wonder why the masses mock Christianity and by direct association, Christ Himself? Is it any wonder why vocal minority groups such as the sodomites have such influence while the Church has so little? Christians – and those proclaiming to be, have turned the LORD of Glory into a curse word and a punch line; all because we choose to exhibit the wicked attributes of the old man instead of demonstrate God’s power to change the heart and to fashion a new creation made in the likeness of Jesus Himself unto good works (Eph. 2:10).

These thoughts weight on my mind as I make this statement:
